All my ingredients are of the highest quality

All fruit cakes made may contain nuts, or traces of nuts or nut oil.

Sponge, flavoured and chocolate cakes, are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration. The cakes are made on my premises, every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate however cakes and may contain one of the fourteen allergens. All my Gluten free cakes I do use ingredients that product does not contain gluten, However I cannot 100% guarantee the cake is completely Gluten Free. It is the clients responsibility to confirm that there are are guests with any allergy's  

Sugar paste (the soft icing covering the cake) is not designed to be refrigerated and as such cakes with this icing should be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box they were supplied in, refrigeration may cause colours to run.

I require a £100 deposit on placement of order for all wedding cakes & cupcakes, which is deducted from the final balance payable. Deposits are non-refundable.

The final balance, is payable 6 weeks prior to the cake order,

Any changes to the order are subject to availability, and must be made in writing no later than one 6 weeks prior to delivery and may incur additional charges.

Changes to your cake order: size, description, flavour’s, etc. will be accepted until 6 weeks prior to the event date. After that lockout date we cannot accept any changes.

Cancellation when design has been chosen. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment of the cake balance is required if cancellation is within 1 month of the wedding date,

Please note cakes with sponge tiers will be completed two days prior to/or the day of the celebration. the cupcakes are baked the evening before to ensure the cakes are as fresh as possible. 

All celebration cakes or cupcakes are paid for six weeks in advance, if cancellation is after toppers are made or ingredient's and items bought especially for the order unfortunately non-refundable.  

Cakes will be delivered and set up subject to availability; any arrangements for delivery may be subject to change, however prior notice will be given where possible.

If cakes are to be collected from our premises at a prearranged time and date only.

If Client elects a representative to pick up and set up the cake, Client assumes full liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Fay's Fairy Cakes possession.

From time to time our designs are published in national wedding cake magazines and other publications, we reserve the right to use any image of a cake made by Fay's Fairy Cakes for publication at a later date.

Deposits are taken for all equipment. All equipment must be returned within 3 days of the wedding date (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to wedding in writing) or extra charges may be levied to cover hire costs. Any damages to equipment will incur a reduction of deposit returned in order to cover costs of repair or replacement

I promise to do everything in my power to deliver you a cake that exceeds your expectations. I will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your cake, cupcakes & my beautiful stands too.
